The refund policy is only applicable if you purchase an access to the online training material with no personal or group coaching included.

In the event that you decide your purchase from was not the right decision, email us at, show us you have completed all lessons in stage 1 and stage 2 (watched all videos, completed all assignments and checklists), and we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your refund request, and completed assignments and checklists before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary. We will have the sole discretion to determine whether you satisfy the eligibility criteria for a refund.

If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.

No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis. No refund will be provided if your purchase includes personal or group coaching.

If you receive a refund for a Product, you will have no further right to use that Product.
